JAPON - Époque EDO (1603-1868) A round two compartment kinji lacquer inro with takamaki-e gold and silver lacquer decoration of a reclining shishi on one side and a branch of peonies on the other, the edges in mura nashiji lacquer, the himotoshi decorated with cherry blossoms in shibuichi. Interior in nashiji lacquer. D. : 5,8 cm. Minor damages and repaints. Kagamibuta with a walrus tooth bowl, the shibuichi plate decorated in relief with a kabuki actor. D. : 4 cm.
