CHINE - XIXe siècle. Set of three skirts (Mamianqun): - green silk skirt damasked with fruits, with gold and polychrome thread embroidered decoration of peacocks and flowers; - red silk skirt woven with gold and polychrome threads of dragons and phoenixes among stylized clouds and flowers above a band of "lishui" and sacred peaks, yellow silk lining; - yellow silk skirt damasked with flowers on a geometric background, with polychrome thread embroidered decoration of peonies and orchids. Four pieces of embroidered silk and a pair of shoes (called "golden lotus") are attached.
