A baluster-shaped silver pourer, standing on three hind legs, the spout with sides, the domed lid surmounted by the spiral grip, the handle in brown wood. Engraved with a partly erased coat of arms topped by a count's crown and later with a monogram; engraved I under the bottom and FC under the rim. Master goldsmith's mark of the widow LORET (Claire Bertrand, widow of Jean-Marie Loret, will continue to hold store until about 1780). Castelnaudary, second half of the 18th century.
