Spinach-green jade (nephrite) covered archaizing vase, the body carved with stylized taotie masks and geometric scrolls, the foot surmounted by a frieze of lotus panels, the neck with a frieze of leaves and flanked by two dragon-head handles supporting mobile rings. The lid carved with two rows of lotus petals. Natural veins and chips. H. with lid: 31.3 cm - H. without lid: 26.1 cm. Wooden base.
